Due to the amount of spam email that is on the internet these days, internet service providers try to filter out junk/spam email from legitimate email, however while they do tend to do a good job they also place legitimate email in junk/spam email folders. So check your junk/spam folder to see if you have any email from us, also placing us in your safe senders list will stop emails from us ending up in your junk/spam email folders.
To check that the email address on your account is correct ( General --> Personal Settings).
If you are still having difficulty receiving email from us, try using an alternative email address (especially if you are using an AOL email address).
